Popular Post Optic101 Posted August 2, 2019 Popular Post Posted August 2, 2019 HDM Epi 2 BRS ABR 13 Took this box out of deep sleep. First cigar out of the box Cold draw: Intense Hay, barn Started at Noon Cold raw light to medium First draw: Honey, slight sweet, toasted bread, hay Medium to full flavor Ash, grey with sprinkles, clean burn. First half Went back to medium strength Toasted notes more intense Some slight coffee in the background Every puff is slightly different Well rounded with substantial strength Lots of nuances I can’t identify Lots of smoke. Transition to 2nd half Suddenly a licorice puff Waving in and out of this licorice every 2nd or 3rd puff Baseline moved more to a coffee bean with burned sweetness Strength at medium Ash a bit flaky, and fell off again at about 1 inch. Stable burn Last 3rd Strength going above medium to medium full. Flavor notes changing to the nutty side. Still some coffee and toasted bread Licorice is back and then gone after a short while. Nice nutty ending. Overall very comfortable draw, lots of smoke, stable burn One of the top 5 cigar this year Paired with water Smoking time 1hr 15 minutes 8

Yeah, I have a box of Feb 18 that I've taken out of rotation to rest awhile. The first 4 just didn't do anything for me. But I'll be checking back on them in a year or so and hoping for something closer to the OP's experience. ? 2
